Cotoneaster, Cranberry
While thriving in partial shade to full sun, Cranberry Cotoneaster grows best in dryer soils so it should be planted on the higher spots in the landscape. One of its most outstanding features is its bright red berries. This shrub has small glossy leaves on either side of long arching stems. This Cotoneaster looks great on hillsides or at the edge of retaining walls because of its spreading prostrate form.
